Pramita Sen Joins Nirka Law Advisory as Partner to Lead Business & Strategy Group
Pramita Sen has joined Nirka Law Advisory (NLA) as a Partner, tasked with leading the firm’s Business & Strategy Group. The appointment marks a significant step in NLA‘s next phase of growth and market expansion.
Sen brings over 15 years of experience spanning practice development, strategic growth, brand positioning, and professional services management. In her new role, she will drive the firm’s growth strategy, deepen client engagement, and support the expansion of NLA‘s presence across key markets and sectors.
The appointment comes as NLA continues to consolidate its position in the infrastructure, construction, and energy sectors, with the firm simultaneously welcoming Senior Associates Shrishti Ramchandani and Dishti Sharma, bringing its total headcount to 20 lawyers.
Career Journey
Prior to joining Nirka Law Advisory, Pramita Sen founded and led WeYou Partners, a consulting platform focused on creating growth opportunities, market visibility, and business expansion strategies for boutique professional services firms. Her 15-plus-year career has centred on practice development and strategic growth within the professional services space.
What the Firm Said
Welcoming the appointment, Dr. Kanika Arora, Founder and Managing Partner of Nirka Law Advisory, said:
“Pramita’s appointment reflects our continued investment in building a firm that is not only recognised for legal excellence but also for delivering strategic value to clients. Her experience in business development and market strategy will play an important role in strengthening our relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. As we continue to expand our footprint in the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors, we remain focused on building a practice that is deeply aligned with the industries we serve and the evolving needs of our clients.”
Commenting on her own appointment, Sen said:
“Nirka Law Advisory has established a strong reputation for providing commercially focused and sector-specific legal advice. I am excited to join the firm at a time of significant opportunity and growth. As businesses operating in infrastructure, construction and energy face increasingly complex commercial and regulatory challenges, there is a growing need for advisors who understand both the legal and business dimensions of decision-making. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s next phase of growth and strengthening our engagement with clients across these sectors.”
Strategic Significance
Pramita Sen‘s appointment signals Nirka Law Advisory‘s intent to build institutional business development capability alongside its legal practice. With her background in market strategy and professional services growth, Sen is positioned to sharpen NLA‘s client relationships and sector visibility — particularly in infrastructure, construction, and energy — as the firm scales toward a more commercially integrated advisory model.
