Over the course of his tenure, he developed deep expertise in antitrust investigations — including abuse of dominance and cartel matters — merger control, competition litigation before Constitutional Courts, and regulatory advisory. He also regularly counselled clients on competition compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies.
Throughout his career, Singh has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and High Courts across multiple jurisdictions.
