The Hon’ble Court was kind enough to grant bail to my client on certain conditions. We have full confidence in the investigation and will continue to cooperate with the police authorities. Criticism of Judicial Leniency
The court’s lenient approach towards Vedant Agarwal, whose negligence resulted in two fatalities, has sparked a debate on whether the justice system favors the affluent. Critics argue that the educational tasks and parental monitoring imposed on Vedant Agarwal do not adequately reflect the gravity of his offense. Many believe a more stringent punishment would better serve justice and act as a deterrent for similar actions in the future.
This case underscores ongoing concerns about the impartiality of the justice system and its ability to hold individuals accountable, regardless of their social or economic status.
