Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Yaanendriya has raised ₹15 crore in a Seed round led by Mumbai-based venture capital fund Piper Serica to scale its indigenous navigation, sensing, and control technologies for defence and aerospace. The round marks the company's first institutional venture capital investment.

House of Student, a global student living technology platform founded by Vaibhav Verma, has raised $2 million in a seed round co-led by Saltwater Sutra and Nirmitsu Inspirational Ventures. The capital will fund product innovation, AI capabilities, expanded housing supply, and international growth.

Delhi-based electric commercial vehicle maker Omega Seiki Mobility has raised ₹50 crore in a Growth Round co-led by Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma. Singapore-headquartered agritech startup Rize has closed a $31M Series B round led by BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts to expand its low-emission rice farming platform across Southeast Asia. The round comprises $20M in equity and $11M in debt, bringing the company's total funding to $47M.

PhysicsWallah has paid ₹71.81 crore to raise its stake in UPSC coaching platform Sarrthi IAS from 40% to 51%, making it a subsidiary. The deal, the second tranche of a multi-year acquisition agreement, was announced on 16 July 2026.

Bengaluru-based specialty chemicals startup Scimplify is set to raise ₹181 crore in a Series C round led by Hitachi Ventures, marking a valuation jump of over 2X from its previous round. Existing backers 3one4 Capital, Accel India, Omnivore Capital, and Bertelsmann Nederland are also participating.

Gurugram-based AI-driven fashion supply chain startup Groyyo has raised ₹90 crore in the first close of its ₹200 crore Series B round, led by Cornerstone Ventures. The fresh capital will be deployed to expand its manufacturing network, strengthen AI capabilities, and deepen its global presence.

Gurugram-based institutional laundry infrastructure company Quick Clean has raised $14 million in a Series B round led by Stakeboat Capital. The capital will fund AI-led operations, automation, and expansion across India and international markets.

Bengaluru-based AI-native GTM platform Reo.Dev has raised $11.3 million in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital, bringing its total funding to $15.3 million. The capital will fuel frontier AI development, an expanded AI agent roadmap, and US market growth.

Mumbai-based Naturis Cosmetics has closed a ₹100 crore maiden institutional growth round led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust, Anicut Capital, Niveshaay, and angel investors. The capital will fund a new 225,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Vapi, a Mumbai R&D centre, and category expansion across India's fast-growing beauty and personal care sector.

Noida-based pod hotel startup NapTapGo has raised ₹8 crore in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The company will use the capital to expand its capsule-stay network across India through a co-investment model with local partners.
