Mintoak Raises ₹80 Cr Venture Debt from BlackSoil to Fund ICC Loyalty Acquisition

Mumbai-based fintech SaaS startup Mintoak has secured ₹80 crore in venture debt from alternative credit platform BlackSoil to finance the debt component of its acquisition of Dubai-based loyalty and rewards technology company ICC Loyalty. The deal expands Mintoak's banking partnerships to over 50 institutions across more than 20 countries.
