Education
Nidhi Khadria completed her B.A. LL.B. from ILS Law College, University of Pune in 2004. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Career Journey
Nidhi began her legal career practising with leading Indian law firms, including AZB & Partners and Trilegal. She subsequently moved into senior legal and leadership roles on the corporate side, holding positions with LOGOS India, Matrix Partners India, and New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Most recently, she served as Partner at Lex Consult before joining JSA.
Across her career, Nidhi has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, fund structuring, debt financing, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and large-scale commercial contracting. Her sector experience spans warehousing and logistics, healthcare, financial services, technology, and real estate.
