Dhruv Kaushal has joined King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK) as a Partner to lead the firm’s Data Privacy practice. He moves from Deloitte India, where he served as Associate Director in the Legal and Regulatory Practice.
Kaushal brings over a decade of experience advising global corporations, technology companies, and emerging businesses on technology and data protection matters. His appointment expands KSK‘s capabilities across technology law, artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and digital regulatory compliance.

Dhruv Kaushal is a 2016 graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi. He holds the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) [CIPP(E)].
Career Journey
Kaushal began building his privacy and technology law expertise across prominent professional services and corporate environments. He has been associated with EY and HCL at earlier stages of his career. He most recently served as Associate Director in Deloitte India‘s Legal and Regulatory Practice before making the move to KSK.
Over the course of his career, Kaushal has advised more than 110 organisations on Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) readiness and implementation. He has conducted over 250 privacy awareness and compliance training sessions and has guided businesses through complex data breach response scenarios across India, the United Kingdom, and Europe. His client roster includes Fortune 50 companies and leading enterprises seeking compliance with the DPDP Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other global privacy frameworks.
