Deepak Singh has joined Chandhiok & Mahajan as a Partner to lead the firm’s Technology, Digital & AI Practice. He brings over two decades of experience advising global technology companies on complex regulatory, commercial and litigation matters.
Singh joins from Google, where he most recently served in a senior legal role advising on product counselling, digital regulation, strategic litigation, public policy, data governance and regulatory compliance across a broad range of technology products and digital services.
The newly consolidated Technology, Digital & AI Practice brings together Chandhiok & Mahajan‘s existing capabilities across technology, digital regulation and complex commercial advisory into a single, integrated offering. Singh will lead a dedicated nine-member team and work closely with lawyers across the firm’s venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, competition law, data privacy, cybersecurity, project finance, real estate and dispute resolution practices.
