Amrita Pandey is an alumna of WB National University of Juridical Sciences. She subsequently earned her LLM from O.P. Jindal Global University.
Career Journey
Over a career spanning more than 16 years, Pandey has built a recognised litigation practice in Kolkata. She has represented clients before the Calcutta High Court, the National Green Tribunal (NGT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, and various other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Her expertise spans civil and constitutional law, maritime law, service law, criminal prosecutions, appellate and execution proceedings, and industrial disputes. Pandey has also advised and represented government departments, government agencies, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and statutory authorities in complex legal and regulatory matters, developing particular depth in high-stakes public sector litigation.
