He began developing his corporate practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co before moving to CMS IndusLaw, where he rose to Partner. Throughout his career, he has focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters, advising clients across sectors including insurance, financial services, fintech, healthcare, education, and energy.
