Mumbai-based venture capital firm Piper Serica has achieved the first close of its Bharat Tech Fund at ₹300 crore, reaching the milestone within 45 days of launch. The Category II AIF targets Indian deeptech startups across semiconductors, defence, spacetech, robotics, and biosciences, with a total corpus target of ₹800 crore.

Bengaluru-based AI and IoT smart parking startup Get My Parking is set to raise ₹40 Cr in an extended Series A round led by existing investor IvyCap Ventures, as publicly reported on 2026-08-06. The deal, structured as Series A3 compulsorily convertible preference shares, follows a $2.5 million Series A the company closed in June 2025.

Mumbai-based fintech SaaS startup Mintoak has secured ₹80 crore in venture debt from alternative credit platform BlackSoil to finance the debt component of its acquisition of Dubai-based loyalty and rewards technology company ICC Loyalty. The deal expands Mintoak's banking partnerships to over 50 institutions across more than 20 countries.

Gurugram-based D2C beauty brand Typsy Beauty has raised ₹20 Cr in a Growth Round led by Saama Capital. The capital will fuel quick commerce expansion, offline retail growth, and the brand's entry into skincare.

HomeRun, a Bengaluru-based quick commerce platform for construction and interior materials, has raised $12 million in a Series A+ round led by Nexus Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from existing investors Sorin Investments, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital, and Consumer Collective by Atrium.

Mitti Labs has closed a $9.5M Series A round led by Aramco Ventures, with participation from Lightspeed India, Godrej Industries Group, Cisco Foundation, Francis Family Fund, and Volta Circle. The Bengaluru- and New York-based deep-tech startup will use the capital to scale its GeoAI satellite platform and expand into the Philippines and Indonesia.

Noida-based deeptech startup Consint.AI has closed a ₹22 Cr (~$2.3 M) Series A round led by BIG Global Investment JSC, with participation from Equanimity Ventures Trust II and Seafund Venture India Scheme I. The capital will fuel global market entry and the development of a foundational AI model for fraud, waste and abuse detection across healthcare, insurance and BFSI.

Bengaluru-based autonomous drone startup SUIND has raised ₹20.5 Cr in a Seed round led by Transition VC, with participation from IIMA Ventures and CIIE Initiatives. The capital will be deployed to scale its DGCA-certified Bumblebee agri-drone and accelerate development of its WASP surveillance platform.

Gurugram-based quick commerce startup Apna Mart has raised ₹120 Cr in a Series C round co-led by Accel India and Fundamentum, with the round reportedly doubling the company's valuation to approximately ₹1,470 Cr.

Hyderabad-based D2C dairy brand Sid's Farm has raised over ₹81 crore in a Pre-Series B funding round led by Omnivore, NSFO, Dodla Dairy, Next Bharat Ventures, and LIO. The fresh capital will go toward strengthening the company's supply chain, expanding manufacturing and distribution, and accelerating entry into new geographies.

Lucknow-based Arboreal Bioinnovations has closed a ₹230 crore (~$24M+) Series A round co-led by EAAA Alternatives (Edelweiss) and Omnivore, with continued backing from Rainmatter by Zerodha. The capital will fund manufacturing expansion, R&D, and the commercialisation of next-generation functional ingredients.

Gurugram-based D2C hair beauty and styling brand Truth & Hair has raised ₹5.4 Cr in a Seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The capital will be deployed to strengthen brand positioning, drive product innovation, and scale distribution.
