Pooja Sharma is joining the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets practice. Kanga & Company has announced the addition of Pooja Sharma as an Associate Partner in its Corporate and Capital Markets Practice.
With over a decade of experience, Sharma brings a robust background in international and domestic capital markets transactions, securities laws, and corporate governance.
A graduate of Mumbai University, she began her career at Kanga & Company before moving to Trilegal. Sharma has advised clients on various securities law aspects and executed high-profile IPOs, QIP offerings, and regulatory compliance, earning recognition for her innovative approaches.
