Suman Kumar Jha, a law graduate from Delhi University and a Company Secretary with a decade of experience, brings expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Transactions to Corp Legex. He has managed significant M&A transactions for major corporations, government bodies, and international clients, enriching the firm with his extensive background.
Corp Legex is supported by a robust team of 10 partners, each specializing in different legal domains, alongside a strong advisory board and nearly 20 associates.
