Spice Route Legal has disclosed its annual compensation framework for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25.
The updated yearly salaries span from ₹16.2 lakh per annum for a Band 1 associate to ₹90 lakh per annum for a counsel (including bonuses).
Here is a breakdown of the firm’s revised pay arrangement:
Associates at the firm, grouped into four bands, will earn annual salaries ranging from ₹12 lakh to ₹27 lakh, not including bonuses. Additionally, Associates will receive yearly bonuses ranging from ₹4.2 lakh to ₹9.45 lakh.
Senior Associates, also categorized into four bands, will receive annual salaries ranging from ₹33.6 lakh to ₹43.2 lakh, excluding bonuses. The higher-end annual bonus for Senior Associates will range from ₹16.8 lakh to ₹21.6 lakh.
Counsel will receive salaries ranging from ₹54 lakh to ₹60 lakh per year, excluding bonuses. The higher-end annual bonus for counsels will range from ₹27 lakh to ₹30 lakh.
The firm had previously disclosed salary structures for its Associates last year as well.
