Juris Corp advises Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited in raising funds of INR 225 crores for a combination of corporate purposes and debt servicing

Juris Corp advised Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (“TRIL”), a subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Limited for raising funds through debt capital market

TRIL is in the business of developing commercial real estate inter alia office spaces, IT Parks / ITES.

Juris Corp advised and assisted TRIL in raising INR 225,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Twenty Five Crores Only), for general corporate purposes and for refinancing & debt servicing of its existing debts to ensure that such new debt raised is at better terms than their existing borrowing structure.

The funds were raised by way of issue privately placed unsecured non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”).

Deal Significance:

The deal involves ensuring that the terms of the new financing is better than their earlier indebtedness. The investors placed bids on the wholesale debt market segment of the BSE through the electronic book platform portal, for participating in the NCDs being issued by TRIL.
