JSA advised Inflexor Technology Fund on its acquisition of minority share in the GenAI startup Ayna.
The transaction was led by Partner Siddharth Mody, along with support from Principal Associate Prerana Chaudhari and Senior Associate Alister Sequeira from JSA.
Ayna, based in Bengaluru, utilizes its proprietary compound foundational models (CFMs) and diffusion models to offer ecommerce brands high-quality product photoshoots. It also assists brands in managing their product images by allowing them to specify exact requirements, modify elements, and explore diverse styles.
Inflexor Technology Fund is an early-stage venture capital fund managed by Parampara Capital. The fund is based in Mumbai, India. The fund invests in information technology, business products, and services (B2B), ag tech, fintech, health tech, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, cryptocurrency blockchain, cybersecurity, robotics, drones, virtual reality, and augmented reality sectors. The fund investment ranges from INR 50 million to INR 200 million in 6 to 8 companies.
