AZB & Partners provided legal advisory to CIRCOR International, a KKR portfolio company, on the Indian law elements involved in the sale of its refinery valve divisions, DeltaValve and TapcoEnpro, to SCF Partners.
DeltaValve and TapcoEnpro are well-regarded, established brands specializing in highly engineered, industrial valves for demanding energy infrastructure applications worldwide.
