Sky Gold Ltd, a prominent player in Maharashtra’s gold jewelry sector, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing gold jewelry for prominent corporate jewelers and distributors across India. Nuvama Wealth Management Limited served as the placement agent for this QIP. The funds from this placement will primarily support the working capital needs of Sky Gold Ltd and its subsidiaries.
