Togai Inc., is a company specializing in event-based, real-time metering and rating infrastructure for usage-based businesses. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
According to Zuora’s press release, Togai’s metering and rating solution will integrate into Zuora’s existing product suite. It will be available both as a standalone usage offering and as part of Zuora’s current consumption solution.
