Argus Partners Facilitates Acquisition of Togai Inc. by Zuora Inc.

Argus Partners provided legal counsel to Togai Inc. in its acquisition by Zuora Inc. Additionally, the firm advised Togai’s existing shareholders, Together Fund and Boldcap, on the sale of their respective shares

Neha Madan, Partner at Argus Partners, led the transaction team which included Utsav Gandhi, Principal Associate, and Associates Abhishek Tripathy and Aniket Tyagi.

Togai Inc., is a company specializing in event-based, real-time metering and rating infrastructure for usage-based businesses. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to Zuora’s press release, Togai’s metering and rating solution will integrate into Zuora’s existing product suite. It will be available both as a standalone usage offering and as part of Zuora’s current consumption solution.
