Anjana Jamalamadaka Potti has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM & Co.) as a Partner in their Infrastructure, Energy, and Project Finance team.
Potti, a 2005 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, brings nearly two decades of extensive experience to the firm.
Specializing in infrastructure finance, financial products, and transaction structuring, Anjana has a rich background in representing and advising both Indian and international banks, financial institutions, and funds. Her expertise covers funding, debt restructuring, investments in distressed infrastructure assets, asset acquisitions across various sectors, business transfers, debenture issuances, settlements, and corporate insolvency resolution processes.
Before joining SAM & Co., Anjana served as a Partner at JSA for nearly seven years. She also held the position of Of Counsel with the Infrastructure and Project Finance team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for over two and a half years.
