Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited’s ₹15 Billion IPO
AZB & Partners recently advised Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited and the Promoter Selling Shareholders, Bina Kishore Chhabria and Resham Chhabria Jeetendra Hemdev, on its initial public offering, which was undertaken by way of a fresh issue and an offer for sale for an amount aggregating to ₹ 15 billion.
The book running lead managers to the initial public offering were ICICI Securities Limited, Nuvama Wealth Management (formerly known as Edelweiss Securities Limited) and ITI Capital Limited (A part of The Investment Trust of India Limited Group).
