360 ONE WAM, a leading wealth management firm, has entered into definitive agreements to undertake a strategic acquisition of Times Internet Ltd’s wealth advisory platform ET Money for approx. INR 366 crores, the closing of which will occur upon receipt of requisite governmental approvals.
