Olam Group Limited has divested its entire 100% shareholding in Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. to Wipro Networks Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Wipro Limited, in a transaction valued at $375 million.

Pursuant to the acquisition, Wipro will also deliver end-to-end transformation services to Olam Group through a consulting-led and AI-powered approach, under an eight-year strategic engagement with a committed annual spend of $100 million.

Mindsprint provides technology, cybersecurity, and digital solutions to clients across the food and agri-business, manufacturing, retail and CPG, and healthcare and life sciences sectors, with over 3,200 employees and a presence across the US, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
