CCI approves the Proposed Combination involving acquisition of shares of Vodafone Shared Operations by Accenture Holdings
S&R Associates 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗣𝗹𝗰, a multinational telecommunications company, in obtaining the approval of the Competition Commission of India for Vodafone’s strategic partnership with Accenture Holdings B.V. pursuant to a proposed acquisition of shares of Vodafone Shared Operations Limited, which provides shared services to Vodafone group entities.
The S&R team was led by head of competition practice Simran Dhir and partner Akshat Kulshrestha, and included associates Anuja Agarwal and Sehaj Mahajan.
Accenture acquires Cientra, AZB & Partners acted as the legal counsel
