CCI approves the Proposed Combination involving acquisition of shares of Vodafone Shared Operations by Accenture Holdings
S&R Associates ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฉ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฝ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฐ, a multinational telecommunications company, in obtaining the approval of the Competition Commission of India for Vodafone’s strategic partnership with Accenture Holdings B.V. pursuant to a proposed acquisition of shares of Vodafone Shared Operations Limited, which provides shared services to Vodafone group entities.
The S&R team was led by head of competition practice Simran Dhir and partner Akshat Kulshrestha, and included associates Anuja Agarwal and Sehaj Mahajan.
