Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) provided legal counsel to Barclays, Citigroup Global Capital Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank (Singapore branch), J.P. Morgan Securities plc, and Standard Chartered as joint managers for the issuance of US$ 900 million in 10.875% guaranteed secured notes maturing in 2029, issued by Vedanta Resources Finance II PLC, a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources Limited.
These bonds are backed by guarantees from Vedanta Resources Limited, Twin Star Holdings Ltd., and Welter Trading Limited.
The TT&A team involved in this transaction included Partners Rahul Gulati and Priyanka Kumar, along with Managing Associate Anshita Chauhan, and Associates Lavanya Jha and Shrijaya Singh.
