Trilegal Assists Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) in $239 Million Foreign Currency Convertible Bond Issuance

Trilegal provided legal counsel to Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) for the issuance of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) totaling USD 239 million

These FCCBs were issued in 10 different series and were subscribed to by Resonance Opportunities Fund, St. John’s Wood Fund Limited, and Ebisu Global Opportunities Fund.
