Supreme Court Grants Teesta Setalvad Permission to Attend Amsterdam Film Festival
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has granted activist Teesta Setalvad permission to travel to Amsterdam from November 14 to November 24 to participate in the International Documentary Film Festival.
Setalvad was invited by the festival organizers in her role as the producer of the documentary film *Cycle Mahesh*. The request was approved by a bench of Justices B. R. Gavai and K. V. Viswanathan, who ruled in favor of her plea.
