S&R Associates recently acted as legal counsel for Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, a publicly listed pharmaceutical company, and its affiliate in a significant transaction.
The deal involved the sale of 7.85% of the equity shares of Glenmark Life Sciences Limited, a listed manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The transaction amounted to INR 7.98 billion and was conducted through an offer for sale on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
