Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) advised the Continuum Green Energy Group in connection with issuance of U.S.$650,000,000 7.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2033 under Regulation S/ Rule 144A of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (Notes)
The Notes are listed on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and represent external commercial borrowings availed by the 8 subsidiaries of Continuum Green Energy Group.
SAM also acted as Indian counsel to Continuum Green Energy Group in connection with a tender offer for purchase of outstanding U.S.$561,000,000 4.50% Senior Notes due 2027 listed on Singapore Exchange, issued by Continuum Energy Levanter Pte. Ltd. in 2021.
