Saraf and Partners Advises TR Capital III Mauritius in Stake Divestment from SEDEMAC Mechatronics

Saraf and Partners provided legal counsel to TR Capital III Mauritius (TRC) in the full divestment of its shareholding in SEDEMAC Mechatronics Private Limited (SMPL) through a secondary sale to various buyers.

The transaction involved TRC selling its securities to A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, 360 ONE Monopolistic Market Intermediaries Fund, and SAB Holdings Private Limited in three distinct deals.

Leading the team at Saraf and Partners was Partner Vivek Pareek.

TR Capital Group is the leader in secondary private equity investments in the Asia-Pacific region. The firm was founded in 2007.

SEDEMAC Mechatronics Private Limited manufactures automotive parts. The Company designs and produces innovative control products for large markets.
