Rohit Dhingra has been appointed as a Partner in Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co’s White-Collar Crime Practice at the firm’s Delhi office
A chartered accountant and BA LL.B. graduate, Dhingra brings over two decades of extensive experience, focusing on forensic accounting, dispute advisory, litigation support, and investigations into white-collar crime, including FCPA, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption cases. His expertise spans internal audits, risk consulting, and compliance, having worked with clients across sectors like e-commerce, consumer goods, retail, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and renewable energy.
Prior to joining SAM, Dhingra served as Managing Director in the Risk Advisory and Investigation division at FTI Consulting. His professional journey also includes roles at Ernst & Young LLP, KPMG, and Genpact.
