360 ONE has announced the appointment of Raghav Iyengar as the CEO designate of its asset management division, 360 ONE Asset, pending necessary approvals
Raghav brings over three decades of experience in the financial services sector. Before joining 360 ONE Asset, he was the President and Chief Business Officer at Axis Asset Management, where he oversaw retail and institutional sales, marketing, digital initiatives, business intelligence, public relations, and investor services. His career also includes significant roles at ICICI Prudential Asset Management and Tata Asset Management.
In his new role, Raghav will guide 360 ONE Asset’s strategic direction and growth initiatives, working closely with investment teams to enhance market presence. He will be responsible for driving overall business strategy, designing the product suite and distribution strategies, leveraging international teams for various markets, and engaging with institutional investors. Additionally, he will be involved in risk management, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
