JSA is advising Equirus Capital Private Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited in relation to the proposed initial public offering of equity shares of M & B Engineering Limited (“IPO”) aggregating up to ₹ 6.53 billion comprising of a fresh issue of up to ₹ 3.25 billion and an offer for sale aggregating up to ₹ 3.28 billion by certain selling shareholders. M & B Engineering Limited has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI on September 25, 2024.
