Power Finance Corporation Limited’s refinancing of Hinduja National Power Corporation Ltd.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) provided legal counsel to Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) in connection with the refinancing of Hinduja National Power Corporation Ltd.’s (HNPCL) existing debt, amounting to INR 4,916 Crore.
This debt was originally raised by HNPCL for the development of its 1040 MW coal-based thermal power plant in Andhra Pradesh.
CAM’s transaction team included Amey Pathak, Yash Jain, Hariharan Kumar, Aayush Kakodkar, Anubhav Khandelwal, and Gauransh Gaur.
