IppoPay Technologies has successfully secured funds from Mithun Sacheti, founder of CaratLane, and Siddhartha Sacheti, CEO of Jaipur Gems, providing an exit for Coinbase Ventures. Peritum Partners represented the Sacheti brothers in this transaction, with a team including Partner Karthik Jayakumar and Associates Aneesh Sudharsan and Ahona Das Gupta.
AZB & Partners provided legal representation for Coinbase Ventures, with Senior Partner Rachit Bahl, Partner Abhinav Ashwin, Senior Partner Rohan Bagai, and Senior Associate Navdeep Baidwan leading the team.
