Promoters of Paper Boat Apps Sell 48.42% Stake to Nazara Technologies for ₹300 Crores

The promoters of Paper Boat Apps Private Limited, Anupam and Anshu Dhanuka, have sold their 48.42% stake in the company to Nazara Technologies Limited for ₹300 crores.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India provided legal counsel for the Dhanukas during this transaction. The legal team included Partner Nishant Singh, Managing Associate Saksham Madan, and Associate Varshini Ramesh.

Paper Boat Apps is known for developing the popular children’s educational app, ‘Kiddopia.’

Nazara Technologies is a leading India-based diversified gaming and sports media platform, with a presence in both emerging and developed markets, including Africa and North America. The company offers a range of services across interactive gaming, eSports, and gamified early learning ecosystems.
