Padmini Rathore Departs Khaitan & Co to Rejoin Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Chief Revenue Officer

Padmini Rathore Returns to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Chief Revenue Officer

Padmini Rathore, previously the Chief Practice Officer at Khaitan & Co, has exited the firm to rejoin Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In her new role at CAM, Rathore will work closely with Managing Partner Cyril Shroff.

Cyril Shroff expressed enthusiasm about Rathore’s return, stating, “Padmini is coming back home. With her extensive business acumen, we anticipate she will make a significant impact. We are thrilled to have her rejoin us.”

Rathore brings over 20 years of expertise in business strategy, financial management, organizational governance, efficiency management, and marketing communications. Her qualifications include an executive program certificate from Harvard Business School in “Managing & Transforming Professional Service Firms,” along with certifications as a PCC-level leadership coach and membership in the International Coaching Federation.

Her career spans notable roles at Accenture, the original Amarchand Mangaldas, DSK Legal, and Khaitan & Co.

Commenting on her new role, Rathore said, “I am thrilled to return to CAM. The firm has consistently been at the forefront of innovation and growth in the legal sector. I look forward to contributing to its ongoing success.”

Regarding Rathore’s departure, Khaitan & Co Executive Director Amar Sinhji noted, “Padmini played a key role in driving strategic management initiatives during her time with us. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”
