With over 17 years of experience, Gulati specializes in a wide range of IP and Patent matters, serving both domestic and international clients. Her expertise includes conducting prior art searches, facilitating freedom to operate analyses, assessing patentability, filing patent applications, and managing oppositions and appeals in Indian Patent Office and High Courts.
Gulati’s extensive experience spans diverse fields such as biotechnology, genetics, medical devices, chemical sciences, pharmaceuticals, atomic energy, mechanical sciences, electronics and telecom, software, and wind energy. She is also a registered Indian Patent Agent, underscoring her authority in Intellectual Property law.
