Luthra and Luthra Law Offices led ArMee Infotech Pvt Ltd’s IPO Aggregating up to Rs. 250.00 crores

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India provided legal counsel to ArMee Infotech Pvt Ltd, Khandwala Securities Limited, and Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited (a SEBI Registered Category 1 Merchant Banker) in preparing the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for the company’s upcoming initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO aims to raise up to ₹250 crores through a fresh issue of equity shares. The company intends to list its equity shares on both the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE India).

The legal team handling the transaction included Partner Geeta Dhania, and Associates Sakshi Mandal, Shreeya Srungarapu, Abhishek Gupta, and Anusha Agarwal.
