The firm represented Groupe Renault in rebalancing its global partnership with Nissan by restructuring the shareholding and ownership interests in Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Private Limited and Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited. This also included the realignment of licensing agreements related to high-value intellectual property between Renault and Nissan.
