LG Electronics India Limited, the Indian subsidiary of South Korea-based LG Electronics Inc., launched its initial public offering (IPO) aggregating ₹1,16,047.32 million through an offer for sale (OFS) by its parent entity.
The IPO became India’s most-subscribed large-cap issue, recording over 54× subscription and bids worth ₹4.4 lakh crore, underscoring immense investor confidence.

The issue saw strong participation from global institutions and sovereign funds, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), and Norwegian Government Pension Fund, which together anchored a substantial portion of the offering.
LG Electronics India manufactures and markets consumer electronics and appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, panel televisions, inverter air conditioners, and microwaves, and remains one of the leading electronics brands in India.
