Khaitan & Co. provided advisory support to Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD), the primary shareholder of ITD Cementation India Limited, in its planned divestment of a 46.64% stake to Renew EXIM DMCC, a subsidiary of the Adani Group, valued at approximately INR 5,758 crore.
