Khaitan & Co has bolstered its employment practice by welcoming Avik Biswas and Vaibhav Bhardwaj from IndusLaw. Biswas joins as a Partner based in Bangalore, while Bhardwaj joins as a Partner based in Noida, along with their teams.
Biswas, a 2006 graduate of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) Kolkata, began his career at New Delhi Law Offices and later worked at Infosys before joining Poovayya & Co. He moved to RDA Legal’s Bangalore office in 2013 and joined IndusLaw in 2015.
Bhardwaj, a 2008 graduate of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, previously spent close to 6 years with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and has accumulated 8 years of experience across various firms.
