Rakesh Warrier rejoins Firm’s Bengaluru office, and will be part of Mr. Tony Verghese’s team. Rakesh’s expertise spans across regulatory advisory services in various industries like telecom, services (IT/ITES), life sciences, e-commerce as well as venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, M& A transactions and general corporate and commercial matters.
