JSA represented Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited(“Company“) in its maiden funding round of INR 250 Crores from ValueQuest, Evolvence and Steadview
The Company is engaged in manufacturing of precision tooling equipment, assemblies, sub-assemblies as well as mechanical and electromechanical components for its clients in the aerospace, energy, semiconductor and other allied industries.
ValueQuest invests in entities that provides compelling business opportunities and viable exit avenues. Evolvence partners with leading founders and management teams to build category defining business. Steadview is an India-focused investment firm that makes concentrated investments in high growth public and private companies.
As part of the transaction, JSA assisted the Company in negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and also assisted with closing actions.
