JSA continues its hiring spree with the appointment of SAM partner Nawneet Vibhaw to bolster its ESG practice at the firm’s New Delhi office.
Vibhaw graduated from NALSAR, Hyderabad in 2008, and obtained his LLM in Environment, Energy, and Climate Change Laws from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2010.
His expertise lies in environmental advisory, handling environmental disputes, and providing ESG advisory services. He has extensive experience advising and representing clients across various sectors such as cement, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, real estate, and chemicals. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and the National Green Tribunal on diverse environmental matters.
Amit Kapur, Joint-Managing Partner, welcomed Vibhav to the team and said,

Before joining JSA, Vibhaw served as a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co for nearly four years. Prior to that, he worked at Khaitan & Co.
