JSA Advocates and Solicitors Strengthens its Corporate Practice with the Onboarding of Anurag Shrivastav.
JSA – a leading professionally run law firm – today announced it had hired Anurag Shrivastav as a Partner within its Corporate Practice Group. Anurag comes with more than 12 years of extensive experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters for both domestic and international clients.
Anurag Shrivastav’s appointment strengthens JSA’s corporate practice in Mumbai, aligning with the firm’s commitment to deliver top-tier legal services. His noteworthy achievements include advising ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel on its recent major acquisition of Essar’s assets, and representing leading investors such as SSG Capital Advisors, Softbank, Blackstone, Nuvama Asset Management and QED in their investments. Given his experience in guiding tech giants such as Alibaba and Alipay through Indian unicorn transactions, and playing key roles in notable IPOs of Paytm and Zomato, Anurag’s addition enhances JSA’s capabilities, reinforcing its position as a powerhouse in the legal landscape.
