JSA Appoints New Finance Practice Chairs – Anish Mashruwala and Madhurima Mukherjee (Saha) Take the Helm wef 15th May 2024

JSA Advocates and Solicitors has announced the appointment of Anish Mashruwala and Madhurima Mukherjee (Saha) as the new practice chairs for its Finance Practice, effective from May 15.

Mashruwala will oversee the Banking side, while Mukherjee will lead the Capital Markets segment at the firm.

Anish Mashruwala, based in Mumbai, brings extensive expertise in banking & finance, financial services, and cross-border investments and acquisitions to his new role. His international experience spans various aspects of bank lending, including acquisition finance, structured finance, securitization, and derivatives, among others.

Madhurima Mukherjee, based in New Delhi, boasts over 20 years of experience in securities offerings in both domestic and international markets. Her expertise includes managing initial public offerings, further offers, rights offer, and qualified institutional placements, among others.

JSA’s Joint Managing Partners Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy expressed their satisfaction with the new appointments, highlighting their confidence in Mashruwala and Mukherjee’s ability to strengthen the Finance Practice and expand its client base.
