JSA provided legal counsel to Cello World Limited (“Cello”) for its qualified institutions placement (QIP)
On July 5, 2024, Cello filed a placement document to issue 8,654,000 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers, amounting to approximately ₹7,373.21 million.
The transaction team from JSA included Arka Mookerjee as Lead Partner, with Partners Pracheta Bhattacharya and Anshu Bansal, Senior Associates Sourav Modi and Akash Joshi, supported by Associates Shambhavi Kumar, Govind Roy, Ayushi Pandit, Dhvanit Kothari, and Junior Associate Preeti Gokhale.
