The IPO received bids exceeding INR 3.24 lac crore becoming the most subscribed IPO ever in Indian capital markets. Equity shares of Bajaj Housing Finance more than doubled on their trading debut today which provided the company with a market capitalisation of INR 1.34 trillion (USD 16 billion), making it India’s most valuable listed home loan financier.
The deal team included Abhimanyu Bhattacharya, Thomas George, Nagashayana S, Pooja Agarwal, Aadhya Singh and Mitluv Semwal.
